bemep definitely built the Oracle - can see by score hikes. It's MC or COL. Pre-2000 BC he traded for 3-4 techs. Couldn't have gotten Alpha - it's probably backfill using Oracle pre-reqs. He'll get Alpha now. Should keep an eye on simultaneous score hikes between him and Posol / hhhawk, though they probably have nothing to give him for now.
