Bug report - Scrolling through provinces in Info mode - no scroll rightwards starting from the capital.

Also, this time my army did not switch sides, but just vanished. Edit - it temporarily disappears when offscreen top right, so I'm not sure whether it had really disappeared that time.

Btw, window-mode map scrolling needs improvement.
