just i was planning on settling north east of the horses, if it intefers too much with the pattern i can try and rearange it. Also i assume in this map i can also settle britain?

I dont especially like clause 3, perhaps it is just the way it is worded but it makes me sound a bit like your military producer. If there is another clause where you give me some cossaks i can definatly agree to that. Or if you would like to buy them then i can also agree to that but just needing them to scare your neighbours. Though of course if you are under threat i shall give some, i assume the same applis to me?

It is supposed to be a cultural border line. If you settle NE of horses, that would be green border then on the map. That is quite acceptable IMO. Everything to the west of green line and certainly Britain is completely at your disposal. I take Scandinavia.

The point for clause 3 is that I would be essentially shielding you from the eastern powers. If I can show to them that I have one or two praetorians, this might scare them off. And of course, you will be compensated for your units either with other units or with something else. We can negotiate that if a need arises in the future. Another way would be to just walk them there yourself. If you would need a few extra units, you then can count on me as well.
