I really do not understand your point of view. Please note that:
1) Polish club from the beginning was against FFA - it's not just and I wrote it several times here. Our multiple advices sent to the CCL before the tournament about FFA was not taken into account. We have not set those rules!
2) Current solution of the problem is not our idea!!! It was Wuestenfuchs who proposed it, without our advice - we haven't even settled down our response, when we received the current solution - he wrote that it was under pressure from French club, so don't write that Wuestenfuchs is doing what we tell him. In fact, it's quite contrary.
3) Polish players DID NOT violated any rule! Read the rules carefully - there is nothing about cooperation of players - it's not forbidden nor encouraged. Even more - ask Ellestar, or other ladder player you trust, about FFA rules. I'm sure that they will ackowledge the fact that FFA is basing on cooperation. That's why it's not just and we don't like it.
4) We're really fed up with this constant blaming of us. Our players didn't liked those rules, but wanted to play in a greater community, so they obeyed the rules and played according to them. It's not our fault that the rules were so bad. Blame the rules, not us!
