Русификация для RFCW 1.09 в первом посте. Статические лидеры и mainsсreen без изменений.

PS. Караул устал. Нет времени играть как то, в RFC в частности. А Rhye выпускает новые версии стахановскими темпами. Нужны желающие осуществлять перманентный контроль за совместимостью с русификацией. И допереводить по мелочам, что будет нужно.
