Perhaps this is the most important question to most people. When will the game actually be released?

From the past couple of months, the release date has changed multiple times. This is, of course, due to the fact that the game is still months away. Generally, however, the time period is always within a couple of months.

The latest we've heard from Firaxis Games and 2K Games is that they are aiming for a winter release, this year (2005). Do not be surprised if the date changes again, because it most likely will.
