Just finished a game between EndTurnFast (American) and gqlradio (Arabian). The winner is gqlradio. I had a slightly early lead due to +15 culture ruin in turn 4, which sped up my free settler and produced settler. The major fight was around Boston. I attacked it as soon as i had composite bowman, and took it. Then I tried to attack New York, but failed. Because of my carelessness, I even lost a general. Then I built wonders like pyramids. I selected engineer from 5 points in liberty, and built the great wall. While I was doing this, He spammed a lot of cities and built armies. I was ahead in religion and I took the +1 happiness for city by rivers, +1 happiness for shrine, +1 happiness for each city. After a while, I realized he had a lot of small cities with 1-2 populations and a strong army. I was greedy, I didn't build enough units. I was building the great library when he was attacking Boston. I finished the library and chose the free tech for crossbowman but lost Boston. He kept producing army for an "all-in" rush. He almost got Medina. I was lucky that I killed all his horsemen and I killed his scout just in time. After that, I started to build camel archers my army grew stronger and his shrunk. He surrendered.
Another thing need to mention is that I had negative gold per term for a very long period until I build 2-3 markets. He must have the same problem. That must be the reason he was behind in tech.
