Could I host my translation at civfanatics.ru?

As you should know, I'm the translator of civilization IV into catalan. I've already translated the whole game (now I'm fixing some typos and some crappy noises of the audio files, but this humble piece of work is already done). Since the mod has 27.1 Mb, I cannot host it at civfanatics.com, that's why I'm asking you to host it at this site.

If so, how could I do that? I can't russian so I don't understand the instructions and the translated version of the site doesn't work while uploading something. Thanks anyways for your help ;)
